Sup Noodle Bar
The humble French fry really shines at Sup Noodle Bar where you can get your fries topped with many different options. Go for the shaken house fries and you'll get skinny fries topped with shaken beef belly, garlic, caramelized onions, sharp cheddar cheese, and spicy tartar sauce. Truffle more of your jam? Then you must try the truffle fries—skinny fries tossed with fresh herbs, parmesan cheese, Italian truffle oil, and served with ketchup and spicy mayo. The chef's special lomo saltado combines French fries, tomatoes, charred sweet red onions, white wine soy, and homemade aji verde aioli, and serves it all with steamed white rice.
THE CAULDRON
The spooky-delicious spot, The Cauldron, offers a full menu of shareable plates with steak fries leading the pack. Be sure to go for all the extras like garlic parmesan butter, mustard mornay sauce, and our favorite, the bacon jam.
