Come and experience Doggy Dress Up and a Kid’s Costume Party with the Annual Halloweiner at Kinderfest! Contests will include Best Kid and Doggie Costumes. It's a great family event with dog races, carnival games, face painting, dancing and a bouncy house. Admission is FREE for participants.
